We typically wouldn’t bother with a page like this on our website. I mean, you can look at flowers or you can look at terms and conditions. We know what we’d choose and we reckon we know you’d choose the same. But the legal boys say we need to list these, so here we go:

As flowers come from Mother Nature they aren’t always predictable. So, in the rare event that you aren’t happy with the flowers you have sent or received please contact us by phone on (612) 9566 1999. We’ll look carefully into the situation and work through a resolution for you.

We’ve tried as best we can to make sure that all the information on our little site is correct when we’ve put it on. However, we can’t guarantee this and if you are using the information you will be doing so at your own risk. So, we don’t accept any liability whatsoever in respect of this information. We love the photos on this site and hope you do too. For the most part, they have been provided by our great mate, Warwick Orme. When you see them you’ll understand why they are protected by copyright. That means they cannot be reproduced or published in any way or by any means, unless you have prior written consent. It’s unlikely but possible you’ll see some photo’s that we may have taken ourselves – they’ll be easy to spot as they won’t look too good compared to the others. Despite there being no need, they are also protected by copyright.

We have links to third party sites. We think that these sites are cool but if you access them it’s got to be at your own risk ‘cos we can’t guarantee what might happen on these sites over time.

Alcohol sold through this site can only be sold together with flowers and not to persons under the age of 18, as you’d expect.
